Consumer Goods, Food and Retail

What We Offer

Our Expertise

Private consumption comprises a significant portion of the Philippines’ Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This includes retail sales made on both traditional brick and mortar sites, as well as through online channels. The retail industry in general is protected by legal restrictions as to who can establish and operate retail businesses, while the sale of sensitive products such as food, medicine, cosmetics, and the like, are further regulated for the protection of consumers. It is important to understand the legal ramifications in engaging in business within this industry, for the protection of the usually significant capital needed in starting one in this sphere.
