Government Entities

What We Offer

Our Expertise

The Public sector has increasingly turned to the Private sector in providing services to its constituency. Whether it is the construction of public facilities or the provision of health-related services, the government turns to the private sector to obtain supplies it needs, as well as the labor and expertise necessary to complete such projects. Given the nature of government projects as public trust, it is important to be able to navigate the legal complexities in entering into agreements. From selecting the proper mode of procurement (e.g. straight purchase, Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT), Build, Transfer (BT)), to ensuring that the contracts are not detrimental to any party, entering this industry require familiarity with several legal rules and procedures.
