Data Protection and Technology

What We Offer

Our Expertise

Personal data has found itself more and more entangled with business activity, which lead to countries legislating the use and protection of personal data. This means that conducting business almost always entails the need to conform to data privacy laws. Not only is it important to comply with local data privacy laws, but it is also essential to follow data privacy laws in jurisdictions where cross-border transactions occur. We provide services such as data privacy compliance audits, GDPR compliance audits, preparation or review of data privacy manuals, preparation or review of notices of breach, and other similar tasks, to help our partners comply with the relevant data privacy laws that their business operations require, as well as integrate these laws within their corporate procedures.
