Employment and Labor Law

What We Offer

Our Expertise

One of the most valuable assets of any business is its people. It is therefore imperative for any business to ensure that their employees receive proper compensation and benefits, including those mandated by law. We provide our partners services such as employment contract preparation and review, employee manual preparation and review, 9G Visa Application support, dispute resolution and representation including representation before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and other similar services to ensure that their employees are taken care of within the bounds of the law. This also helps our partners avoid unnecessary disputes, and protect them from potential exposure due to litigation.
