Dispute Resolution and Litigation

What We Offer

Our Expertise

Conflicts are sometimes unavoidable in the conduct of business, which is why it is imperative that solutions are sought that minimize a company’s exposure. In pursuit of this, we assist our partners with contract negotiation and enforcement, civil suits for damages and/or specific performance, negotiations for compromise, and representation in arbitration proceedings.

It also happens that the dispute is not with a third party but with the government. Whether it be on taxes due or required registrations, we help our partners with administrative proceedings. This includes representation in Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audits, Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) proceedings, SEC proceedings, and other similar and/or related government bodies. Should the dispute need judicial intervention, we also assist partners with elevating matters to the Court of Tax Appeals and/or other courts of relevant jurisdiction.
