Hospitality, Leisure, and Tourism

What We Offer

Our Expertise

Hospitality industry refers to services geared towards accommodation for customers. The industry also includes amenities for recreation, which helps increase the value of the accommodation. This industry is also vital to tourism and tourism-related economic impact as it dictates the capacity of tourists that the country can handle. These establishments include hotels, motels, restaurants, sports facilities, and recreational activity facilities, all of which affect the well-being of the customer, from the food that they consume, to their safety in using equipment. Given the sensitive nature of the services provided by this industry, the government has instituted safety standards and consistent monitoring systems to ensure the safety of all the industry’s patrons. It is important to know what these standards are, the needed licenses to operate, and the current rules and regulations currently in effect.
