Mark Christopher F. Padrones

Mark assists clients in various aspects of business law, specifically on legal matters involving taxation, corporate law, labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution and litigation. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University – College of Law, and has an undergraduate degree in History from the De La Salle University.

Rexlyn Anne M. Evora

Rexlyn is experienced in litigation and dispute resolution, with a
well-established career in real estate. She currently assists
clients in various legal matters involving taxation, corporate law,
labor law, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution and
litigation. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the
Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Law,
graduating at the top of her class, and has an undergraduate
degree in Biology, Major in Zoology from the University of the
Philippines-Los Baῇos.

Angelo S. Rayos del Sol

Angelo started out in the firm as a legal assistant and has been
promoted to associate upon passing the 2020/2021 Bar
Examinations. He has assisted clients with a wide range of legal
matters involving taxation, corporate law, labor law, intellectual
property, mergers and acquisitions, and data protection and
technology. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the De La
Salle University – College of Law, and has an undergraduate
degree in Philosophy, Minor in English Literature from the
Ateneo De Manila University.
