Danneth Gian P. Lat

Gian has been highly trained in taxation and corporate law, both
as the Firm’s legal assistant, and currently as an associate. She
has helped register corporations in various government agencies, including the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and
Board of Investments, and assisted them in a wide range of
legal matters involving labor law, intellectual property, mergers
and acquisitions, and the like. She passed the 2020/2021 Bar
Examinations, after having obtained her Juris Doctor degree
from the Far Eastern University Institute of Law. She has an
undergraduate degree in Business Administration, major in
Financial Management.

Jose Emilio M. Teves

Jose passed the bar examinations in 2017 and has since then delved into taxation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, dispute resolution, and data protection and technology. On top of handling legal matters for clients, he currently supervises the Firm’s associates in the numerous legal matters handled by the Firm. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo School of Law in 2015, and has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Ateneo De Manila University.
